Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products All of our products are custom made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you covered! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will work with our fulfillment partner to send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can arrange a reshipment at the customer's expense.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
